AI-generated responses are automated and based on expert-provided content and data.

How Digital Experts Work

When you send a message to a Digital Expert, our AI system analyzes your input and generates a response based on the expert's uploaded knowledge materials (books, articles, and other content). This process is fully automated and occurs in real-time.

No AI Model Training

Your conversations are never used to train AI models. We do not use your personal data, inputs, or conversation history to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Your conversation data is used solely to provide you with responses during your session and to improve the quality of our service through anonymized analytics.

Human Review

In limited circumstances, our team may review conversations for safety monitoring, quality assurance, or to respond to support requests. This review is conducted by authorized personnel only and is subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

Automated Decision-Making

The responses generated by Digital Experts are produced through automated processing. These responses are informational only and do not constitute decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you. Under Art. 22 GDPR, you have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affect you. If you believe any AI-generated response has significantly affected you, you may contact us to request human review.

Conversation Data Retention

Your conversation history is stored to allow you to continue conversations and access your chat history. You can delete individual conversations or your entire conversation history at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, all conversation data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Legal Basis for Processing

Your data is processed based on the following legal grounds:

Contract performance pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
