thoughtexperiences is a transformative consciousness platform dedicated to advancing human awareness and inner growth. We provide curated content, digital experts powered by AI, and tools for personal development and spiritual exploration.

Account Creation and Access

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use these Services.

To access our Services, you need to create an account and provide certain information such as your email address. You agree to provide correct, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of your registration data
• Keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with anyone
• All activities that occur through your account

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

Usage Rules

The following is prohibited when using the platform:

• Publication of offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content
• Interference with technical infrastructure or operations

Using Digital Experts

When you interact with our digital experts, you submit messages and questions ("Inputs") and receive AI-generated responses ("Outputs"). Together, these are your "Conversations."

You are responsible for all Inputs you submit. You must ensure that your Inputs do not violate these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of others.

You retain any rights you have in your Inputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the Outputs for your personal purposes.

Digital experts are powered by AI technology that is continuously improving. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Outputs may not always be accurate and may contain inaccuracies even if they appear detailed or specific
• Outputs do not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice
• You should not rely on Outputs without independently verifying their accuracy
• Outputs may not reflect the views of thoughtexperiences or the experts whose knowledge they are based on

We may use Conversations to provide, maintain, and improve our Services. To improve our digital experts, conversation data is used exclusively in anonymized or aggregated form, ensuring no individual user can be identified. Personal data is not used for training purposes. For details on data processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Feedback

We appreciate feedback, including ideas, suggestions, and ratings of our Services. You have no obligation to provide feedback, but if you do, you agree that we may use it to improve our Services without any obligation or payment to you.

Subscriptions and Payment

Some features of our Services may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

Except as required by law or as set out in the Right of Withdrawal section, fees are non-refundable.

Content and Copyright

The platform, its design, features, and content are protected by copyright and are the property of thoughtexperiences.

You retain rights to content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

Digital experts are based on the works of their respective authors. Use is permitted exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Content Moderation

All content uploaded to the platform remains the intellectual property of its creator. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content or expert materials.

Content creators are responsible for the content they provide. Experts who upload materials to create digital experts retain full ownership and may earn revenue from their content according to separate agreements.

If you see any content you believe violates these Terms or applicable law, you can report it to us at contact@thoughtexperiences.com.

While we do not own user content, we reserve the right to moderate and remove content that infringes intellectual property rights, breaches these Terms, or may cause harm.

If we remove your content, we will—where practicable and at our discretion—endeavour to notify you with the reason for our action, unless doing so would breach the law, compromise an investigation, or cause harm.

You can appeal a content removal by responding to our notification.

Third-Party Services

Our Services may use or connect to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies.

Software

We may offer manual or automatic updates to our software, including our mobile apps, without advance notice to you.

Our software may include open source components. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any open source license terms, those open source terms will control for that component.

Ownership of the Services

The Services are owned, operated, and provided by us and, where applicable, our service providers. We retain all rights, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights, in and to the Services. Other than the rights of access and use expressly granted in these Terms, these Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to our Services.

Liability

The platform is provided without warranty for availability or error-free operation. Our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Content and conversations with digital experts are for information and inspiration only. They do not replace professional advice. We assume no liability for actions you take based on your use. Use is at your own risk.

Termination and Suspension

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if:

• You have materially breached these Terms
• We must do so to comply with applicable law
• Immediate action is necessary for security reasons

We may also terminate your account if you have been inactive for over a year and do not have a paid subscription. We will give you advance notice before doing this.

If we terminate your access due to a material breach of these Terms and you have a subscription, you will not be entitled to any refund and we may take further legal action.

We may terminate a paid subscription at any time by giving you at least 30 days' notice in writing. If we exercise this right, we will refund you on a pro rata basis for the remaining portion of your subscription.

Upon termination, your rights to access and use our Services will immediately end, and we may delete any content or data associated with your account, subject to statutory retention obligations.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise and update these Terms, for example to reflect changes to our Services, for security or legal reasons, or to promote safety.

We will notify you of changes which are reasonably likely to affect your use of the Services or your legal rights. These changes will come into effect no less than 30 days from when we notify you, unless the change is due to legal requirements or security reasons.

If you do not wish to continue using our Services following any changes, you may terminate your account by notifying us before the changes take effect. If you have a paid subscription and exercise this right, we will refund you on a pro rata basis for the remaining portion of your subscription.

Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Basel. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless thoughtexperiences and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of others.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Right of Withdrawal

For paid services, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email).

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
